Neca Batman 1989 Michael Keaton

Well what a treat when it comes to batman figures, the 1989 Keaton batman is definitely one for the collection and if your like me and you watched the Batman movies as a kid then this is a must have.

OK I'm getting ahead of myself I know as a collector I gotta list the bad points of this figure. 

It has 25 points of articulation that are not very good and you are not going to pose this guy in any great yoga poses and the peg from his neck to his head is to small which means his head pops off every time you move it around but we cant complain really as the actual Micheal Keaton couldn't move his head at all in the movie and if you watch him turn to look at some one he has to move his whole body so i guess the figure is nearly screen actuate minus the head popping off, look the figure is not perfect but it's a Neca figure so don't expect Hot Toys standers and as their are not many Keaton Batman figures around at 7 inch scale this will have to do us.

I told you some bad put here is the good.

It looks amazing and has a great likeness to Keaton, having him in my Batman display is a no brainier, with only 25 points of articulation it still works well and the figure has no problem standing , it feels solid, good quality and not like some cheap kids toy plus he looks great, so lets talk price he varies up and down but you wont't be out of pocket  for this figure , I got this guy for 25 euro and if yo want to go the knockoff route it will cost a lot less. Their are not many Keaton figures out there Neac have 1/4 scale that will cost a lot more plus Hot Toys have one but it's Hot Toys money so not till I win the lotto.

I have him here next to Neca Batman Begins ,Mafex The Dark Knight ,Marvel legends Punisher and Marvel Select Colossus for a comparison in size.

I finish how I begun this and again say it is a must have, If your a Batman fan or even a fan of the movies it's a lovely piece and to have it in my collection is worth a couple of euros.
